pulling teeth or tooth

MacEnzie has lost 5 teeth now. Every time her teeth have come out we had to have the dentist pull them because the permanent tooth has grown in behind the baby tooth and preventing it from getting loose. Well a couple of weeks ago she finally got a loose tooth before the permanent tooth grew in. We had to pull it quick so I worked on it for her. Finally just before bed time it was loose enough to pull. This is her first tooth pulled at home. We were so excited and MacEnzie thought that it felt funny missing it.
